Registration
Patient has to report with biopsy reports and other relevant details if available. Any one of the documents to be produced by the patient at the time of registration - AADHAAR CARD/VOTERS ID/PASSPORT/PAN CARD/DRIVING LICENCE.
The Registration Counter is open from Mondays to Saturdays from 9:00 AM till 1:00 PM and from 3 PM to 5 PM from Mondays to Fridays.
After registration, a card containing the registration number and address is given to the patient.
The registration fee is valid for 2 weeks and patients need not pay any review charges during this period.
We have a hospital canteen in the premises open till 6 pm.
